Young Woman - In her 20's, enthusiastic and very talkative, naive, an air of innocence.

Young Man - Late 20's to 30's, has a deceptive nature about him and an eye for suspicion.  Must have charm and good looks.

Woman - 40's or over (dual roles).  Assertive and persuasive woman, with a motherly demeanor, and an underlying edge of evil.  Should be able to play an Irish woman in her 60's and a respectable New Englander in her 40's for separate parts of the play.  Irish brogue a must.
 
Man - 40's or over (dual roles).  Husband to the Woman in both parts (Irishman in his 60's, New Englander in his 40's, with an underlying edge of evil.  He is equal to, rather than dominant of his wife.  Irish brogue a must.
